ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
1. All foreign and domestic students must be at least 18 years of age and speak English
Applicants
must submit official results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language
(TOEFL).
Minimum score for admission to MKC: 183
Minimum score for exemption from ESL: 207
2. All students must provide proof of a high school diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent

Step 1: Pre-qualification Process

Fill-out and Submit an Online Career Assessment Test (Programs Only)

Complete your program specific requirements: Contact MKC Counselor for details.
Step 2: Application Process

Fill-out and Submit an Application Form, Visit Online Application

Submit an Essay (Criteria Given Upon Request)(Programs Only)

Get Instructors Approval if necessary
-
Establish Finances and apply for financial aid if necessary
Step 3: Approval Process

Interview with a Director of MKC Academy of Fashion, Beauty & Print (Programs Only)
Step 4: Enrollment Process

Fill-out and Submit a Registration Form
-
Submit a *Deposit to hold seat in a class
- $150 w/ Approved SLM Financial (See admissions if paying cash) -
Fill-out and Submit a Student Emergency Form

Fill-out and Submit Financial Aid Documents, as necessary - Visit Financial Assistance

Submit Proof of Education (High School Diploma or Equivalent)
Step 5: Prior to First Day

1 Month Prior to First Day - Submit Equipment payment, as necessary

1 Week Prior to First Day - Submit Remaining Tuition
*The deposit includes a non-refundable $75 registration fee

MKC Academy of Fashion, Beauty & Print does not provide English-as-a-second language. However, Japanese, Italian and Spanish Speaking students will benefit from the many languages spoken by our staff. Since class size is limited, we recommend that students complete the enrollment process as soon as possible. All applicants must speak with an Education Specialist prior to registration to assist with enrollment and to assure prompt processing of enrollment documents. Since class size is limited, we recommend that students complete the enrollment process as soon as possible.
Class availability is based on a first-come, first-served consideration.
We highly recommended that students speak with the admissions office prior to registration so that they can be certain that their educational desires match their occupational goals.
MKC Academy of Fashion, Beauty & Print does not provide English-as-a-second language.
However, Japanese- and Italian-speaking students will benefit
from Ms. Kimura's trilingual status.
